The seventh book of the series was my first Harry Dresden experience and I loved it so much I recommended it to everybody. Unfortunately, everybody didn't start with book seven, but began at the beginning. A couple of people told me my recommendation sucked. (Okay, but see, I didn't recommend book 1, I recommended book 7. It's not my fault that you're one of those people . . . )
When I read book one, I kind of agreed with them -- not sure I would have continued with the series if I had read them in order. (I know they didn't.)
but this one! This one was epic.
