For my GrandNiece. Who is grand.
Read this through twice and quite liked it. The illustrations are captivating, and it's by Jane Yolen. Almost, nothing else needs saying.
It was a fun rhyming book, and shows little girls doing all sorts of things like playing ball, moving big dirt piles around, having imaginary fights with evil dragons, and a few traditionally girlish things as well.
Now I have my fingers crossed that my two-year old niece and her mother like it also.
